Frances holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She earned her prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. This rigorous training underscores her expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality financial advice.

Outside her professional endeavors, Frances is deeply engaged in community service and education. She has conducted educational seminars across Houston, empowering individuals with financial knowledge. Frances has been a guest speaker at the Houston Women's Business Council's Education Roundtable and served on its education committee, demonstrating her commitment to advancing financial literacy among women. 

In her personal time, Frances finds fulfillment in studying the Bible and serving as a mentor to youth through organizations like the Mission of Yahweh and Yahweh Children's Foundation, where she has dedicated over two decades of mentorship. She actively supports the Children's Safe Drinking Water program, reflecting her dedication to improving communities both locally and globally.
